Prefer to work out in a small supportive group in Blues Point Park in North Sydney?

  • receive an all over body workout every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6.30-7.30am for 4 weeks;
  • you will be a part of a small group (4-8 people) with a lot more personalised attention than other "franchised" boot camps;

  • workout in one of the most beautiful parklands in Sydney overlooking the Sydney harbour bridge and Darling harbour;
  • you do not need to be fit or strong as we will guide you at your own pace

Dave Nichols has over 15 years of practical experience as a personal fitness trainer coaching small groups, couples and individuals throughout the United States and Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Kinesiology (Study of Human Movement) degree majoring in Exercise Science and Fitness Training.

With extensive experience in body building competitions, extreme sports training, fitness training and personal training in Sydney he is well aware of the challenges involved in making a permanent body transformation.

Based in North Sydney, he is dedicated to getting results for his personal training clients, and is passionate about helping you achieve your health and fitness training goals. Using proven personal training, Dave will tailor a personal training program specifically to suit your needs.
